“My name is Mary O Brien from Meadstown, Dunderry, Navan, Co. Meath. As a family with a child who had profound mental and physical disabilities we were very fortunate to meet Jackie over 20 years ago, when she came to our home once a week where she used her complimentary therapy. Her personal skills administering with great care, awareness and dignity to our very special daughter Denise who had a rare condition called Edwards Syndrome (Trisomy 18). From her birth our daughter was treated palatively and Jacqueline provided us with a therapy that was very beneficial to Denise aiding her to sleep and relaxation.
The holistic approach used benefited our whole family and I would recommend Jacqueline to apply her skills with complimentary therapy in any setting or situation where she respectfully, compassionately and carefully delivers a wealth of knowledge in her field. As already stated the holistic healing and friendship gained in our family was immeasurable and very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend anyone to avail of her wonderful service in the future. It was a pleasure to have you come to our home using your complimentary therapy and your personal skills, I can honestly say Jacqueline.“

“I first meet Jacqueline in 2003 through a support organisation called S.O.F.T Ireland along with a recommendation from charge nurse in St John of Gods Drumcar. I found Jacqueline’s friendly and caring approach was very assuring and organised for her to come and work on my daughter Ellen, then aged 9.
Ellen was born with a genetic condition called Edwards Syndrome, caused by an additional copy of chromosome 18 in all off the cells in the body. This results in the child being born severely physically and mentally handicapped.
Jacqueline’s holistic approach combining aromatherapy and acupressure was used on Ellen. It was instantly obvious the effects of the treatment, with Ellen seeming much more relaxed and at ease. Jacqueline also recommended the use of aroma oils each morning, which has absolutely helped with Ellen’s respiratory difficulties.
Jacqueline continued to visit Ellen on a weekly basis for over a decade. The long-term effects of the treatment are clearly visible, with Ellen becoming more tactile and receptive to others, along with an improved sleep pattern. Ellen’s condition can sometimes lead to her being slightly distressed, so I have found Jacqueline’s patient and caring approach with her has always been truly excellent and has positively been a big help to our family. I have always found Jacqueline to be highly competent, professional and reliable, and would definitely recommend her services to anyone. Geraldine Matthews
I met Jacqueline over a decade ago while when we worked together in adult disability services. As an Intellectual Disability Nurse, I witnessed first-hand the therapeutic impact of her work. The typical profile of client was that of profound learning, communication and sensory needs.
Jacqueline always approached her work in a holistic, person-centred way, giving tremendous thought, energy and planning into best meeting her client’s needs. She never shied away from the complex or challenging, an attribute I admire! Jacqueline greatly enriched the quality of life for those she treated.“

“My name is Geraldine and I live in Dundalk. I worked for over 30 years in a centre for people with disabilities. Jacqueline came to work in the centre and she was like a breath of fresh air with her enthusiasm, motivation and belief in the techniques she delivered. She was always pleasant and her gentle manner with the residents ensured they were relaxed and at ease for their treatment.
People with severe and profound disabilities are very often frightened and uneasy when faced with something new in their lives and as a manager I would always have to ensure that respect, dignity and their safety was adhered too. I never worried when Jacqueline was with them as she took time to firstly get to know them, their likes and dislikes and always ensured ultimate comfort.
Following a treatment those who had behaviours that challenged were relaxed often sleeping for a time afterwards and those who were experiencing pain or discomfort appeared very Zen. I cannot put into words how beneficial these treatments were and to witness the effects was humbling and a wonderful privilege.“
